TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Water for Parcels 1, 2 and 3 will be furnished by a well now in place.
A water storage tank will be installed if the well does not have the capacity
to serve three residences directly from the well. This well shall be tested
for amount of flow. Water for Parcel 8 is expected to be accomplished by
drilling a well.
Sewage disposal on the four parcels will be by areated septic systems
or systems that will be to county specifications insofar as disposal of
sewage.

Re: Colorado Mountain College Exemption
and Weide Exemption.
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
applications for exemptions. The owners propose to use wells for the
water supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the Roaring
Fork River at a point where there is still water available for appropriation.
This office can issue individual domestic well permits to individual lot
purchasers and we recommend approval of the Colorado Mountain College
and Weide Exemptions.
