Individual sePtic From County Road A/R/RD systems 301 ADJACENT ZONING: I RELATIONSHIP TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: This parcel lies within District C and D (Rura1 Areas/l,linor and l{oderate nnvironmental Constraints of the County Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan recommends that these districts have 1 dwetling unit per 5 acres. II.DESCRR]PTION OF THE PROPOSAL: ITI. MAJOR ISSUES AND CONCERNS: Staff Comments: 1. There is an empty cabin and a large house and outbuildings on the XCg6 acre parcel, and an empty trailer on one of the proposed 5 acre parcels. 2. proposed access for both 5 acres parcels is by way of a common 60' easement through the proposed $5 acre tract. 3. Currently there is a 24' gravel access road on the east side of the property leading to the house located on the proposed @5 acre lot. This will serve as the main access road for all 3 parcels. B.Review Agency Comments: 1. The Division of Water Resources sent a letter dated July 7 | 1983 stating that they can issue the needed well permit or permits pursuant to a contract between the District and the developer. ifrey also suggest that these contracts then be turned over to the individuals who purchased the Iots.
