Re: Senate Bill Exemption 35 - Mr. Charles R. Coryell
Gentlemen
We have reviewed the proposed exemption and find that it is in
compliance with the Garfield County Senate Bill 35 Exemption
procedures. The further division of this land las been discussed
with Mr. Coryell and it would be the recommendation of this office
that any further subdivision of any of the exempted properties
should require complete adherence to the Garfield County Subdivision
Regulations. We do believe that this particular exemption is not
in violation of Senate Bill 35 and can, adequately. be served by
existing utilities,in the area.
Therefore, we do recommend approval but conditional to the above
recommendation.
Very truly yours,
LRS/kay Larry R. Schmueser
