Coryell, owner, has peti .Lhe Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County , Colorado for exemption of the following CescrLL ,,:d properties pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. 1973, 30-28-101 (10)(d); and WHEREAS, said board is convinced that the dispoons of said properties by the ch,mer is not made for the purpose of evading the provisions of the statute, and should. be exemptfrom the definition of the terms "Subdivision" and "Subdivided Land" as set forth in said statutes; NOW, THEREWRE, upon motion of / seconded by and unanimously carried, the Board of County Commissioner of Garfield County, Colorado hereby grants the exemption as requested pertaining to the following described properties, to -wit: STATE OF COLORADO - COUNTY OF GARTELD A parcel of land situate in Lot 30 of Section 1 and Lots 2 and 9 of Section 12, Township 7 South, Range 89 West, 6th P.M-, being more particularly described ai; follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point in the center of the Glenwood ditch whence the northeast corner of Lot 20 in said Section 1 bears N. 39°02'21" E. 2;367.78 feet; thence S. 14°4859" W. 9.40 feet along the center of said ditch; thence S. 05'12'09" E, 211.55 feet along the center of said ditch; thence S. 13°4912'E. 135.06 feet along the center of said ditch; thence S. 33'0248" 250.09 feet along the center of said ditch; thence S. 50'56'22" E. 276.94 feet along the center of said ditch; thence s. 41'2'50" E. 97.44 feet, more or less, along the center of said ditch t -.(:.a point on the southerly line of said Lot 2 (being the sa7,1e as the northerly line of said Lot 9); thence S. 86°25104fl•E 171.56 feet, more or less, along the southerly line of said Lot 2 to a point on the northerly line of said.
