They need to pour a 12' X 12' concrete pad for equipment. CPW does not have any wildlife concerns related to this completion of work. If you have any questions feel free to contact me at Office 079-947-2927 or Cell 970-948-8409 Thanks Perry 1 David Bartholomew From: Sent: To: Cc: Subject: Good Morning Chad, David Bartholomew Wednesday, February 18, 2015 9:52 AM 'Chad Roach' David Pesnichak; Scott Ely; Richard Miller; Mark Zwieg RE: Sunny Side Ranch Solar Project-County Rd 100-DOW Correspondence Thank you for your timely response regarding this condition/requirement. After discussion with our planning staff, it was determined that we should have a more recent correspondence from the Colorado Parks and Wildlife. We can accept an email or memo from the CPW authorizing an extension to complete the work. As soon as authorization is received, the building permit application will be forwarded for issuance. Thanks again for your time and input with this request. Feel free to forward any questions or concerns. I have attached the correspondence on project that we had with the DOW( Will Perry & Ron Velarde)back in September before land use approval. This correspondence was presented to both David, and Board of County Commissioners at the t ime of our approval hearing. This should serve as notification that the project does not have adverse disturbance with wildlife and the DOW had not issues with an extension. Recently, our land owner had the DOW on-site looking at wildlife corridors and they took no issue with the site At this time we are well beyond our major construction activities( minus the equipment pad pour and game fencing). All our major infrastructure was placed late November. Please let us know if this satisfies your needs for releasing permit for the equipment pad to Sunsense . I have copied Richard Miller our Land Manager and we would be glad to answer any additional questions. Guess bottom line is Ron we would work with them and allow an extension Richard L.
