LAND OWNER S'fATEMENT OF AUTHORITY

In coooection with the Option Lease dated April 16th, 2014,(the ''Lease") by and

to the Tenant and it's representatives to move forward with a ·Land Use
Application and permit on the subject property within Garfield County, Colorado.
