Snyder and Cozens Exemptions
Dear Ms . Anders on:
We have reviewed the material submitted concerning the above
referenced applications for exemption from subdivision regulations. It
appears that all of the proposal s are situated in areas where there is
sufficient ground water available to allow for issuance of domestic well
permits on all parcels without injury to seni or water rights. This permit
allows for household use and irrigation of up to one acre of lawn or
garden per lot as we 11 as stock watering. We recommend approval of the Smith,
Hardy, Van Leeuwen, Snyder and Cozens Exem p t ions.
