Dear I,1r. Cozerrs:
At tj-re reguest of Doug Iloffnieter, Sopris Realty, I have been raluested to
conurent on the fact that the rerrraining tlo parcels created by Resoluti-on
No. 78-75, vrill not be exactly 16.0 acres. Acr:ording to I'1r. Hoffnieterr
tfre t,ro remaining parcels will actually be 15.9 + acres each. Resolution
No. 78-76 says that tract 'An artd tract 'Bn will be 16 acres, more or
1ess. Given that the two parceis will be slightly l-ess than 16 acres, I
do not see any conflict with the original approval of your SB 35 exemption
request.
If you shoukl have any questions or need further clarification of this
issue, please call or write this office.
Sincerely,
Mark L. Bean
