Hi Ron,
I am in the process of issuing a building permit for Lot 65, LLC, TBD Hidden Valley Dr, Springridge Reserve. The total
calculated fire area of 4533 sq ft exceeds the allowable 3600 sq ft which would require a sprinkler system be installed.
Jason Neuman is the owner/contractor who will be contacting you about this requirement. Please advise us as to
whether sprinklers will be installed, or if alternative construction methods are proposed. Please reference building
permit # BLRE-2-15-3524 on your correspondence. Feel free to forward any questions or concerns. Thanks for your time
