Dear Mr. Collins,
Thank you for meeting me at 4501 County Rd. 233 on 12/31/13. I want to address electrical concerns at this
marijuana grow operation building. The concerns are made with an email to place it on record.
The building was formerly used as an office and storage space for a tree farm. Since then, extensive electrical
work has been performed by or for the new building tenant. It is obvious the electric work is intended for the
grow operation and it is obvious the work has not been inspected. The electrical work is poor and will require
extensive repairs.
As I said in our meeting, an electrical contractor must be hired immediately by you or the building tenant. This
first step is a major step forward.
Because of safety concerns, I would like to see this job completed within 60 days of January 3rd, 2014.
Completion means it has passed the final electric inspection. If a final electric inspection is not achieved I will
have the utility company remove electric power to the building.
Thank you for your cooperation at the 12/31 meeting and for future help, if needed, in moving this project
along.
