Dear Ms. Bowman:
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
exemption request. The developer proposes to use wells for the water
supply which would intercept ground water at a point where there is still
water available for appropriation. This office can issue individual domes-
tlc welt permits to individual lot purchasers and we recommend approval'
