The Subdivision Exemption was approved by Resolution No. 99-031 and the plat recorded at Reception No. 1927. The lot line adjustment/amended plat would increase the size of Lot 1 by approximately 25 + - acres from 11.77 acres to approximately 35 + - acres. Lot 2 would decrease proportionally from approximately 50 + - acres to approximately 25 + - acres. Exact acreages would be based on detailed survey information. Both Tots are improved with existing homes, access, and utility infrastructure. Each lot is served with its own individual well. Irrigation rights associated with the property would be divided equally between the parcels. No new lots would be created and no changes to access or driveways would result.
