1.01 Supplemental Application Materials
1 hope this will address the list of submittal requirements you asked for. I would like to request a waiver for Improvements Agreement, as in 4- 202. This lot line adjustment will not impact or affect any adjacent properties, accesses , easements or improvements to either lots 1 or 2. The only change will be the location of the property line between lot 1 and lot 2. As to the question about covenants , there are none, due to the exemption from the GARCO Subdivision Regulations; Resolution no. 99- 031( copy attached). Concerning the mineral rights, you will find enclosed a quit claim deed in my grandmother's name, Anna Terrell . She passed away in 1998 leaving all the land and mineral rights to my father, Charles Terrell. As to the remaining mineral rights Ellen Heatherly transferred them to me. The past acquisition of additional real estate was in the transfer of a wider driveway to the VIX ranch and in return they transferred real estate to Charles Terrell to compensate, you will find enclosed copies of the quit claims deeds resulting in this transfer. Also find enclosed: vicinity maps, existing subdivision exemption plat maps,and documentation for the authorized representatives of the Charles Terrell Loving Trust.
