The applicant sha11 provide on-going maintenance to County Road
313, under supervision of the County Road Supervisor, and on an
as-needed basis.
The applicant shall return County Road 313 to its original con-
dition upon completion of construction activities.
The applicant shall provide a bond for $100,000 to Garfield County
to ensure compliance with condi-tions /12 and /13, above. The bond
shall be submitted to and kept on file in the Planning DePartment
Office. The bond shall be submitted prior to issuance of the
speeial use permit.
The applicant sha11 submit as-builL survey maps to the Planning
Department within 60 days of ploject completion.

PREVIOUS HISTORY:
This request was glven tentatlve approval on April 20, 1981. The
four-month deadline for submitting legal descriptions of the two
parcels expired August 20, 1981. A letter was sent December 9, 19Bl
reninding the applicant of the required information, and further
extending the deadline to January 15, 1982. A letter was sent
February 8, 1982 in regard to a hearing with the Board scheduled
for February 16, 1982, at which tirue the request would be declared
nu1l and void. No one appeared to represent the applicant at the
hearing. A letter was then sent to the applicant on February 24, 1982
indicating that. the tentative exemption approval had been declared
null and void.
CONCERN:
The applicant suggests serving the new Parcel off the existing
domestic 10 gpm well. Staff questions how feasible it 1s to
serve the second parcel in this manner, when State Highway
325 will have to be crossed.
