A letter was sent December 9, 19Bl reninding the applicant of the required information, and further extending the deadline to January 15, 1982. A letter was sent February 8, 1982 in regard to a hearing with the Board scheduled for February 16, 1982, at which tirue the request would be declared nu1l and void. No one appeared to represent the applicant at the hearing. A letter was then sent to the applicant on February 24, 1982 indicating that. the tentative exemption approval had been declared null and void. CONCERN: The applicant suggests serving the new Parcel off the existing domestic 10 gpm well. Staff questions how feasible it 1s to serve the second parcel in this manner, when State Highway 325 will have to be crossed.
