GARFIELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.77 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-
s i gned Edna Doak
respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of 58 acre tract of
land into 2 tracts of approximate'ly (L)-42 acres and (1)-16 acres,
rpre or less, and which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as
fol I ows :

from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the ten'rs are used
and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) - (d) and the Garfield County
Subdiv'is'ion Requlations, for the reasons stated below:
As Highway 13 divides the t:ruc pa.rcels into a 42 acre tract and a 16 acre tract
and f desire to sell- the 42 acre tract.
In support of this petition the petitioner a'lso submits the followino:
