(1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d) as amenrted, anrt the Subdivision Regulations of Garfie'ld County, Colorado, adopted September 1, 1972 and anended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the under- s i gned Roger M.
