Pursuant to c.R-S. (1973) section 30-28-101 (roy (a)-(a) as amended, anrr
the subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, colorado, adopted september 1,
7972 and amended April L4, rgrs, section 1.oz.L7 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-

respectfully petitions the Board of County Conrmissioners of Garfield County,
coJorado, to exempt by resolution the division of 14.6g acre tract of
