the first party or to the then owner of the property hereinafter described, provided, however, that the making of
such advances shall be OPTIONAI with the holder of said note and that the aggfegate principal amount so advanc-

ITIMPLE, GLENwOOD SUPPLY COMPANY and HUGHES PLUI4BING & HEATING

WITNESSETH:
WIIEREAS, Developers are the owners of an are.r near
the southern boundary of the City; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Grenwood springs code the
Developers will extend the sevrer service rj-ne approximately
1,594 feet; and
WHEREAS, the Grenwood springs code provides for
approval of construction of such sewer extensions ancl the
rej-mbursement of a portion of the expense of such installation
from f uture users of such extensi-ons; and
wHtlr(UAs, the city councj-I of the city of Glenwood
springs, colorado at its regularly scheduled meeting of
November 15, L979, approved thq plans for such sewer service
extension south as prepared and submitted by Eldorado Engineering
Company.
NOW, THEREI'ORE, in consideration of the mutual
promises, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Developers have furnished a map, plat and
design prepared by a colorado licensed professi_onaI engineer
showing the proposed selver line extension, which ffap, plat
and desi gn at:e approrzed.
2. Developers shaIl pay the fu1I construction
costs and other liabilit.ies in connection ivith the sewer
Iine extension project as depicted on said ffidp, plat and
design.

6 - The Director of Finance shall prepare and
art'tach to a copy of this agreement his certificate of the
actuarl cost of the construction and such certificate shaIl
become the b;rsis for reimbursement to Developers as herein
provided.
