We have reviewed the material submitted for the above ref ere need
applicat i on s f or exemp tion . The developers propose to u se wells for the
water supp ly which would inte rcept ground water tributary to the Colorado
Ri ve r a t a point where there is still water available for appropria tion. Thi s
offic e can issue individual domestic well p e rmi ts to individual lot purchasers
a nd we recommend approva l of these exempt ions .
