This 4 0 acre parce l is one of many create d in this genera l area wit h o ut benefi t of any county review . In the past , the Boar d of County Corrnni ssioners has expressed thei r concern over furthe r sp lits of th ese parcels which did no t receive county review , specifically , those i n this genera l area and specifical ly, any furthe r s pl!its attempted through the ex e mptio n proces s . As the Board of County CoI!\Il1issione rs note d rec e ntly, a review of growt h a s swnptions needs to be made i n this area . The planning s t af f , the Planning Commission , an d the Board of Coun ty Commissioner s may wish to r eview this area development scenar io in the near future . 3 . The Boar d sho uld consider the impact to the Si lt Bridge a nd the per lot assessments ($10 0 0.00 for each n e w p arce l) required by sub dividers in the pas t . 4 . The app l icant n ee ds to address a n access easement for each parcel in the legal descriptions .of the tracts . 5 . The app l ican t has indicated tha t they wil l serve the proposed parce ls by exis ting domest ic wel l #11 3066 .
