We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
applications for exemption . The developer proposes to use wells for the
water supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the Colorado
River at a point where there is still water available for appropriation. This
office can issue individual domestic well permits to individual lot pur-
chasers and we recommend approval of the Griffin, Zordel and Kuhns
Exemptions.
