The Board has a policy that will allow an applicant up to one (1) year from the date of approval of a request for exemption, to meet the conditions of approval. Based on that policy, the Board approved your request for an extension to extend to one (1) year from the date that your exemption request was conditionally approved. That means that your conditional subdivision exemption approval is valid until January 3, 1996. If your have any other questions about this issue, feel free to call or write to this office and we will respond as quickly as our work load will allow. Sincerely, Mark L. Bean, Director Building & Planning Department 109 8th Street, Suite 303 945-8212/285-7972 Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601 • • Garfield County Commissioners: August 14,1995 Due to unexpected and dissappointing delays , it has become necessary that we ask for an extension concerning our pending sub -division exemption.
