(1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d) as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted Se pt em ber 1, 1972 and am en ded April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the under- respectfully petitions the Board of County Co mm issioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of 10 acre tract of ----- land into two tracts of approximately . 5 acres each, ----~ ~~~~~~~~~~- more or less, and which tract to be subdivided is more particularly de scribed as follows: see attached legal description (l eg al description -attach separate sheet if additional s~ace is required) from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the tems are used and defined in C.R.S.
