PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted Se pt em ber 1,
1972 and am en ded April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-
respectfully petitions the Board of County Co mm issioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of 10 acre tract of -----
land into two tracts of approximately . 5 acres each,

more or less, and which tract to be subdivided is more particularly de scribed as
follows: see attached legal description

from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the tems are used
and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) -(d) and the Garfield County
Subdivision Reg ulations, for the reasons stated below:
Would like to divide into one five acre site for future
by~l ding site, and keep existing five acre site with c11rrent improvenents

This is to certify that on the 16th day of October, 1978,
there was a survey made by SCARROW AND WALKER/KKBNA, INC., of
the improvements on a parcel of land in th e NW~NW~ of Section
17, Township 7 South, Range 87 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, as shown by document filed in the Office of the Clerk
and Recorder of Garfield County , Colorado. There wa s found a
one story house of frame construction, concrete foundation and
asphalt shingle roof together with a one story split log con-
structed garage with tar paper roof to be located as shown on
