Sirs:
Our records indicate you are the owner of the above property. There is a septic system
installed on Lot 1 of this subdivision that services several of the units on this property.
The system was installed in 2009. The nature of the system requires a maintenance
contract with a qualified service provider to verify the system is working correctly.
Periodic maintenance promotes a high degree of treatment and also extends the life of
the system. The treatment system type is an AdvanTex AX20 treatment unit. The
manufacturer or design engineer of the system should be able to provide you with a list
of approved maintenance companies in the area. Please provide us with a copy of an
agreement with a qualified service provider for our files.
Also a condition to this septic permit was to abandoned and seal the water well on lot
10. This might have already been done, but we do not have a record of it. This is
important to ensure the existing water table is not affected by the septic system.
