DOMESTIC WATER: To be supplied from well that is located on the East half of the tract. This is an adjudicated domestic well which can have three (3) houses hooked to it. It is adjudicated for 15 gal/min. and has never been pumped dry in 10 years of use with house use plus two sprinklers operating. SEWAGE DISPOSAL: Seperate septic systems for each tract. Proposed Tract 5B has septic system at this time. FLOOD PLAIN: No live stream crossing or adjoining tracts. GENERAL INFORMATION: At present there are 34 tracts in Chelyn Acres with an average size of 3.51 acres. These tracts breakdown es follows: 11 tracts from 1 acre to 1.93 acres; 7 tracts from 2.19 acres to 2.99 acres; 7 tracts from 3.01 acres to 3.99 acres; 7 tracts from 4.31 acres to 5.88 acres; and 2 tracts of 10.46 acres and 11.64 acres. If this division of Tract 4 is allowed there would be 35 tracts with an average size of 3.41 acres, with 29 of the tracts being smaller than the approximate 4.5 acres split (Tract 5B) and only 1 tract (#4) larger than the 7 acre Tract 5A.
