the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and am e nded April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned

petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to

re: Petition for exemption water and sewage disposal
It is the intention of the Purchasers' to use the existing
well located on the 2.87 acre parcel to service both prop-
erties and to install a seperate septic system (as required
by County to serve the 1 acre parcel).
