He understands that an ordinary condition of such application is the requirement to provide data concerning domestic water and sewage and soil types. It is understood that this information is required in order to properly determine whether residential housing may be appropriately constructed on the property to be exempted. With respect to the subject parcel, it is the applicant's intent that the exempted parcel not be used for residential purposes. Accordingly, the applicant is prepared to agree as a condition of the application that no housing may be permitted on the parcel. In exchange for this condition, which may be a restriction running with the land, the applicant would not expect that it be further necessary to provide information concerning domestic water, sewage and soil types.
