To alleviate their hardship, the subdivider has agreed to a realignment of the common north/south boundary between the two parcels. A copy of the proposed realignment has been sketched by John Baxter, Surveyor, and is included herewith. It is my understanding that an exemption may be approved by the Board to permit the realignment. This letter is authorization by the subdivider, who is the record owner of Homestead 17, permitting Mr. and Mrs. Floyd to make application for the exemption in its behalf.
