Dear Terry:

RIFLE OFFICE:
SUITE 210, REMINGTON SQUARE
125 WEST 4TH ST.
RIFLE, COLORADO 81650
(303) 625-3010
Pursuant to our conference of last week, I hereby request the
reconsideration of the application for subdivision exemption previously
submitted by Ron Girton for the division of his 45 acre parcel located
on Dry Hollow into two parcels containing approximately 35 acres and 10
acres, respectively. It is my understanding that this division is
appropriate under the County's Subdivision Exemption Resolution in that
the two proposed parcels are divided by a natural ravine. I am also
enclosing herewith my trust account check in the sum of $60.00 in
payment of the application fee, but would request that this fee be
waived in light of the circumstances under which Mr. Girtons previous
exemption application was withdrawn.
I believe that the application as previously submitted by Mr.
Girton is complete and can accordingly be scheduled for hearing by the
commissioners on the next available date. Please advise me when the
application is scheduled for the commissioner's consideration.
Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in this regard.
