The single temporary trailer allowed for on-site enployee housing during drilling operations shall be removed immediately upon completion of drilling activities; 4. The Planning Department shall receive a copy of the surface owner's agreement prior to issuance of the Special Use Permit; 5. The Planning Department shall receive a copy of the access agreement prior to issuance of the Special Use Permit. 9:30 A.M. Public Hearing for a Special Use Permit for a natural gas well 6.25 miles west of Rifle off I-70. 10:15 A.M. APPLICANT: Northwest Exploration and W.J. Clough Proposals for this application are the same as the above-mentioned Northwest proposal. The only difference is that access will be an existing private access across Clough's property, from I-70 RECOMMENDATION: Approval with the first three conditions as stated for the previous proposal, above. Senate Bill 35 Exemption Request by Ronald and Amarie Girton. - PURPOSE: Request to split a 45 acre tract into 2 parcels of 10 and 35 acres each. ZONING: A/R/RD QUALIFICATION: Split by a natural feature:ravine LOCATION OF SITE: 5 miles south of Silt on County Road 331. WATER: To be provided by domestic well #113057 (15 gpm); would serve both parcels. SEWER: Individual septic PREVIOUS HISTORY: The applicant's proposal was first reviewed by the Board on December 7, 1981. Because the Board's policy was to require review by full subdivision for any further splits of 35+ acre tracts in a larger development, the Board requested that the applicant withdraw their proposal. The request was with- drawn. As a result of questions stemming from this request and in regard to other splits in the area, the Board has since indicated to the applicant that he should reapply for his proposed split; and that they will reevaluate their policy for the area. The applicant is requesting that his present fee be waived due to the history of this request. The present fee is $60.00 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: District C-5 acre minimum If this proposal is approved, the following items should be received prior to issuance of the exemption resolution: 1. Access easement for new parcel, to be included in legal description; 02. 2 interest in water well, included in legal description; (y'3 . Maintenance easement for well, included in legal description; 4. $1000 for the new lot as an assessment for the Silt Bridge Construction fund, to be received by the Planning Department, prior to issuance of the exemption resolution; 10:30 A.M. 6, 5. $200 school assessment fee, prior to issuance of the exemption resolution. Request for a Conditional Use Permit for a parking lot located 4 miles southeast .of Glenwood Springs, on County Road 154. ' APPLICANT: ZONING: The applicant will level a two base for truck parking.
