No. 13 of the: Morrisania Ranch, recorded as Doc. No. 39511 in the -Garfield County Recorder's Office, and being also in the E. 1/2 of the S.E`1/2 of ,: Section .3, Township 7 South, Range 95 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a:point - from which the S.W.
