INTEROF'FICE MEMORAI\IDT]M
Fred Jarman, Building and Planning Departrnent
From: Scott Aibner - Garfield County Surveyor
Subject: Kelly Subdivision Exemption - Review
Date: 9102104
Dear Fred,
Upon review of the Kelly Subdivision Exemption plat, I have prepared a list of comments
or corrections to be made prior to approval for survey content and form.
l. The adjacent owners and current owner ofparcel I need not be shown on a
final plat.
2. Improvements need not be shown on a final plat however if you must, I
recommend they be in a grey scale so as not to compete with required
information.
3. Is there a written easement for the power line across the two parcels? If so, the
book and page or reception number should be shown. If not, it would be in the
property owner's best interest to create one.
4. All bearing breaks must be monumented, and indicated on the plat, i.e. the line
between the two parcels.
5. A bearing and distance from the northwest corner of section 24 andthe
northeast comer of parcel I should be indicated on the plat.
Sincerely
Scott Aibner
