more fully hereinafter described, from the definitions of "subdivision"
and ,,subdivision land" as'the terms are used and defined in C'R'S' (.l973)
section 30_28_10r(a) _ (d) and the Garfield county subdivision Regu'rations,
for the reasons stated below: The proposed subdivision will be adequately
served by existing streets and-rolds and presents.no problem (1)
related to the intensive use of lands or -(2) provision for utilities

The developer proposes individual domestic wells for the water supply and
has obtained permits for all three necessary wells from this office. we,
