The proposed subdivision wilr be adequatery served by existingroads and presents no problem related to the intensive use oflands or provision for utj-rities and servj-ces. rt is not partof an existing or potentioa rand development project.

Dear Ray:
Enclosed are some photogrraphs of my childrens' three parcels,
making up the SE4NW4 Section 23, T7S, R88W, for which
exemption appl.i-cations were tabled by the commissioners on
November 26, L979, pending an on-site inspectj-on.
perhaps the commissioners would be interested in the enclosed
photos. The road from Pabst's road is not plornred. I could,
however, arrange for it with some notice as to when they would
like to make tfie inspection. Perhaps the photos would provide
them with enough information to re-consider the applications
without an inspection.
