and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfie'ld county, colorado, adopted
September 'l , 1972 and anrended April 14, .l975, Sections 1.0?.17(d) and

more fully hereinafter described, from the definitions of "subdivision"
and "subdivision land"'as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S. (1973)
Section 30-28-101(a)'- (d) and the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations,
for the rcasons stated below:
The proposed subdivision will be adequately served by existingstreets and roads and presents no probrems relating to theintensive use of la4ds or for provision of utilit,ies and services.rt is not part'of an existing or potentiar land developmentproject. ;' t' (An existing domestic'we}1 permit has been issued for the tract.utirities are avairable at the south boundary of the tract.Easements exist providing access to Road 112.
