APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION_
FROM SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
The undersigned hereby petitions The Board of County Commissioners
of Garfield County, Colorado to adopt a resolution exempting from the
definition of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in Section 1. 02,17
of. the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, the hereinafter
described divisions and conveyances of land, all in accordance with the
provisions of said section 1. 02.17 and of Section 3. 01 of said Regulations.
The divisions of land for which such exemptions are requested are as follows:
(a) To permit the sale and conveyance by David W. Ketterman and
Laura Fay Ketterman to K. Kyle Revelle and Bonita Revelle of all of that
portion of Lot 5, Block 2, Western Hills Subdivision, Garfield County, Colorado,
descri.bed on Exhibit "A" annexed hereto.
(b) To permit the sale and conveyance by K. Kyle Revelle and Bonita
Revelle to David W. Ketterman and Laura Fay Ketterman of all of that part
of Lot 4, Block 2, Western Hills Subdivision, Garfield County, Colorado
described on Exhibit "B" annexed hereto.
The following statements and representations are made in support of
this application:
(1) That David W. Ketterman and Laura Fay Ketterman are the owners
. of title to Lot 5, Block 2, Western Hills Subdivision, Garfield County, Colorado;
and that K. Kyle Revelle and Bonita Revelle are presently the owners of title

A.part of'.Lot 4, Block 2 of the Western Hills Subdivision, County of Garfield,
State of Colorado, Tying Northwesterly of the Lot line between Lots 4 and 5
in said Block 2, said portion of Lot 4 is described as follows: .
Beginning at a point on the Lot line between said Lots 4 and 5 whence the
South Quarter Corner of Section 34, in Township 5 South, Range 89 West of -
the Sixth Principal Meridian bears: S.67°35'II" E. 606.74 feet; thence N.23°
38'31" E. 23.91 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 4;
thence 6.00 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of
125.00 feet, the chord of which bears: S. 57°58'37" E. 6.00 feet to the
Northeasterly Corner of said Lot 4 being the same as the Northwesterly Cor-
ner of said Lot 5; thence S.38°05'29" W. along the Lot line between said
Lots 4 and 5, 23.79 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described part of Lot 4 contains 69.70 square feat.
