S. 11645 and set for the SW Corner of the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of said Section 12, bears South 89°23'02" West a distance of 326.55 feet; thence North 89°23'02" East a distance of 326.55 feet; thence North 00°06'58"Ease a distance of 660.89 feet; thence South 89°28'31" West a distance o 326.57 feet; thence South 00°06'49" West a distance of 661.41 feet more or Tess to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
