Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-lOl(lO)(a) -(d) as amended,
and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted
September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1 .02.17(d) and

This is to acknowledge receipt of information concerning the
above referenced exemption. The additional lot will be provided water
from the existing domestic well on the original lot. This water supply
plan appears to be acceptable and we have no objection to the approval
of the exemption.
