9:30 A.M. Continued Public Hearing for a Special Use Permit for a natural
gas well located 12 miles northwest of Debeque off County Road 200.
Applicant: Coors Energy Company and W.T. Spears
PREVIOUS HISTORY:
The applicant submitted the Proof
of Publication for the Public Hearing
at the April 26, 1982 meeting. Since
then, Coors has submitted the Certified
Return Mail Receipts. However, the
company is now waiting for a surface
owner's agreement with the land owner.
The conditions proposed at the April
26 meeting still apply (see attached
sheet) .
9:45 A.M. Referral to the Planning Commission: Sketch plan and request for ex-
emption from further subdivision review.
Request to split a 49 acre tract into 2 parcels of 8 and 41 acres each,
located 3 miles southeast of Silt on County Road 335. Applicant:
Elaine and Allen Sundmacher.
10:15 A.M. Public Hearing for a Special Use Permit for a natural gas pipeline
1.25 miles in length running parallel with County Road 313. Applicant:
Northwest Pipeline Corporation (see attached information sheet and
map).
10:45 A.M. Senate Bill 35 Exemption request for Joan Duprey.
PURPOSE To split a 15 acre tract into 2 parcels
of 14,46 --acres and .33—acre each.
ZONING: A/R/RD
QUALIFICATION: Adjustment of property boundaries (.33
acre tract to be conveyed to adjoining
owner, Mark
LOCATION: 2 mile north of Highway 6 & 24 on County
Road 132 in West Glenwood.
WATER: n/a
SEWER: n/a
ACCESS: Each parcel is served bythe same existing
access from County Road 132. Joan Duprey
will retain an access easement across the
conveyed parcel so as to continue using the
same access for her remaining property.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: "Subdivision" category of County Comprehensive
Plan.
STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THIS REQUEST WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITION:
That the split is solely for the purposes of adjusting property boundaries
and no new lots are being created by this action.
