DANIELSON State Engineer Dear Mr. McGregor: We have reviewed the above referenced proposal to divide an 84 acre tract into parcels of 80.25 and 3.84 acres. There is an existing house and well on the proposed 3.84 acre parcel. It appears that this well was constructed under Permit Number 60881. If this is the case, we have no objection to this proposal. The availability of a well on the remaining 80.25 acres will be the same as any tract over 35 acres. JCM/clf:5926I cc: Orlyn Bell, Division Engineer Bruce DeBrine Sincerely, G47 James C.
