Carl picked up a full size set of drawings today. Attached is my invoice. Included in the reimbursables is the plan review fee that I paid and the cost of printing the drawing sets. There were a couple of places on the application forms that required the Owner's signature. I signed as your representative so the county is requesting a letter or e-mail from you saying that you authorize me to submit the permit documents on your behalf. I have a copy of the completed form for your records. We will need to submit the e-mail prior to their issuing the permit - the sooner that you can send me the e-mail the better. The balance on the permit will be $321.25 due when the building permit is picked up. This could be adjusted when the plan reviewer calculates his valuation or if Carl's bid is less than the estimate.
