Re: Doo1en exemption
Dear I\zIr. Farrar:
We have reviewed the material submitted for above referenced
application for exemption. The developer proposes to use we1ls for
the water supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the
Colorado River at a point where there is still water available for
appropriation. This office can issue individual domestic well
permits to individual lot purchasers and we recommend approvai of
the Doolen exemption.
