Dear Mr. Farrar:
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
application for exemption. The developer proposes to use wells for the
*ut", supply which would intercept ground water tributary to East EIk
Creek at a point where there is still water available for appropriatton.
This office can issue indivldual domestic well pennits to individual
lot purchasers and we recommend approval of the Dowler ExemptiOn.
