Dear Mr. Farrar:
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
application for exemption. The developer proposes to use wells for the
water supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the Colorado
River at a point where there is still water available for appropriation. Thts
office can issue individual domesttc well permits to individual lot pur-
chasers and we recommend approval of the Dunsdon Exemption.
