PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September l.'
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.L7 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-
s i gned Richard S. CutlerrJr. by J. Ra'ndy ln/il-son' Agent
respectfully petitions the Board of County Conmissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of r6-f5 acre tract of
land into T\,.,o tracts of approximately B ^17q acres each,
more or less, and which tract to be subdivjded is more particularly described as
