of" the Subdivision l~eg ulation s nor he d e l rimenlal lo !h e general publi c welfare. The noard
shall mak e exemptio11 d ec is ion s in accordance wi th !he re quire m e nt s or th ese reg ulation s.

have petitioned the board of directors of the Noname Creek Water
Association for water and the necessary shares to supply another
lot on their p roperty. It is the intention of the board of
directors to grant their request and inform you that sufficient
water is available for their project. We intend to sell them
shares in the association for the right to access that water.

After reviewing your proposal for a subdivision exemption, I offer the following comments:
The property is within the boundaries of the Glenwood Springs Rural Fire protection District and
fire and EMS response will continue as it now does. This exemption works well with the English
exemption and we have been assured that fire flows for fire protection will be available with the
addition of a new hydrant. The roads appear ok with access to your lot, the English lot and a
secondary access to Rock Gardens.
We would like to see a copy of the final approved plot plan to make sure that the hydrant
placement and access to your lot are acceptable. At this time I have no serious problem with the
proposed exemption. If you have any further questions, please give me a call.

1 . To be compatible with the English Subdivision
