Exemption for a boundary line
adjustment.
APPLICANT: DeRoeck and Jammaron
LOCATION:
The site is located approximately 3
miles Southeast of Glenwood Springs
off old Highway 82 near the
Hardwick Bridge.
SITE DATA: The site sits between old Highway
82 and the Roaring Fork river.
PURPOSE:
This request is for the purpose of
adjusting property boundaries and
no new lots are being created by
this action. By adjusting the
property boundaries each land owner
would have more useable land area.
WATER: Existing water
SEWER: Existing sewer
ACCESS: No new access drives are to be
located.
ZONING: A/I - Agricultural/Industrial
I. RELATIONSHIP TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
District D, Rural Area/Moderate Environmental Constraints.
II. RECOMMENDATION:
The staff recommends approval with the following condition:
1. That new legal descriptions for the two parcels involved be submitted
to the Planning Division.
