'•, No.932A. w.ssnNTY • • Board of County Commissioners Garfield County, Colorado Whereas, Jim Crowley has petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County for a lot split on a parcel of land situated north of Silt, Colorado in the SE4,SE4, Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 92, West of the 6th P.M., Garfield County,Colorado More fully described on attached sheet together with easement. Whereas, petitioner wishes to split property into two tracts of approximately 2.75 acres each, more or less, for Single Family residentail acreage. There are good ground wells in immediate area, and well permits have been applied for, for each of the two home sights, for domestic water, for household, lawn and garden. This land is situated high above the river bottom, with no danger of flood damange. For the most part , the land is hilly and rocky with no value for farming. But it does have two nice home sights. There is a small irrigation ditch through the middle of the property,but no water is appropiated for said land. Disposal would be taken care of by a Septic System.
