Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned
respectfully

Whereas, Jim Crowley has petitioned the Board of County Commissioners
of Garfield County for a lot split on a parcel of land situated north of Silt,
Colorado in the SE4,SE4, Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 92, West of the
6th P.M., Garfield County,Colorado More fully described on attached sheet
together with easement.
Whereas, petitioner wishes to split property into two tracts of
approximately 2.75 acres each, more or less, for Single Family residentail
acreage.
There are good ground wells in immediate area, and well permits have been
applied for, for each of the two home sights, for domestic water, for household,
lawn and garden.
This land is situated high above the river bottom, with no danger of flood
damange.
For the most part , the land is hilly and rocky with no value for farming.
But it does have two nice home sights.
There is a small irrigation ditch through the middle of the property,but
no water is appropiated for said land.
Disposal would be taken care of by a Septic System.
My desire is to sell one of the parcels and build on the other.

Re: Cerise and Crowley Exemptions
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
applications for exemption. The developers propose to use wells for the
water supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the Colorado
River at a point where there is still water available for appropriation. This
office can issue individual domestic well permit s to individual lot purchasers
and we recommend approval of the Cerise and Crowley Exemptions.
