Box 640 Glenwood Springs, CO 81602 Gentlemen: On April 4, 1983, an exemption for splitting my 60 acre tract located on County Road 115 into four tracts was approved subject to submittal of the fees, legal descrip- tions, and on the condition that an additional well permit be obtained for the proposed 35 acre tract. I am enclosing a copy of the final exemption plat and the well permit which was issued by the Colorado Division Of Water Resources on May 24, 1983, for the 35 acre tract. Also enclosed are the legal descriptions for the four parcels, including a description of the access easement, the water system easement and a description of the well and water rights to be conveyed with each tract. Finally, I am enclosing my check in the sum of $600.00 to cover the school assessment fees. Please issue an appropriate formal resolution confirming the exemption and authorizing me to record the exemption plat.
