STAFF COMMENTS:
The applicant recelved an exernption of this property creating 5 lots Ln L977.
The applicant also recelved a zorle change from A/R/RD to Clt, tn 1980.
Because of the previous exemption, and the Boardrs exlsting Resoltltion No.
80-65 which indicates that no more than 3 new lots be created through the
Senate Bill 35 Exemption process, the staff has recorrnended that the applicant
proceed through the fu1l subdivision provess. However, Mr. Amichaux has
lndloated that he wishes to proeeed through the Senate BilI 35 process.
RECOMMENDATION:
Ihat the applicant proceed through the full subdivision process.
If the Board w'ishes to approve this request as submitted, the following
ltems, at a minlmum, need to be addressed:
Interest in wetrl(s) for each parcel;
Maldtenance easement to rnrell (s) for each parcel;
